Fred Frerichs, Jr.

Fred Bobby Frerichs, Jr., 89 of Temple, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011 in a local nursing facility. Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, March 5, 2011 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel in Temple with Rev. Frank Simcik officiating. Burial will follow in Seaton Cemetery.

Mr. Frerichs was born June 13, 1921 to Fred George and Ella Annie Marek Frerichs in Falls County, Texas. On August 21, 1949, he married Wilma Stastny at Terrace Chapel in Barclay, Texas. He worked 20 years for Temple Products, and 9 years for Temple I.S.D. He attended Evangelical Brethren Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and 1 grandchild.

Survivors include his wife Wilma Frerichs of Temple, son, Fred Michael Frerichs of Temple, daughter, Dianne Cehand and husband Charles of Moffat, and granddaughters Hannah Cehand of Moffat, and Jennifer Frerichs of Phoenix, Arizona.

Visitation will be 68pm Friday, March 4, 2011 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple, Texas.
