Frank Sodek Sr.

Frank L. Sodek Sr., 76 of Rogers, was born November 06, 1934 in Ratibor, TX to the late Anton J Sodek and Matilda Naiver Sodek. He graduated Belton High School in 1953. On August 14, 1954 Frank married Margie Jarolik Sodek.He was the owner of Quality Tile in Temple for 25 years. Frank was a member of St .Matthews Catholic Church in Rogers, TX., a member of the Knights of Columbus, member of the Temple Aero Modelers club and a member of Texas Association of Single Adults. Mr. Sodek died Saturday March 26, 2011 at a local Temple hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Margie Sodek, sister, Leona A. Terrel, brothers, Ben, Albin and Jim Sodek.
He is survived by his children: three sons, Randy Sodek of Temple and wife, Vicki, David Sodek of Temple and wife, Kathy, Frank Sodek Jr. of Temple and wife, Frances two daughters, Carolyn Cosper of Belton and husband, Bud and Janice Hayes and husband, Bart of Richmond. Two brothers John and Bob Sodek of Temple, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 7136210006.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday March 30th 2011 at St. Marys Catholic Church in Temple. Burial willl follow in Bellwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 58 Tuesday with the Rosary to be held at 7 p.m.
