Services for Francisco ChaChis Gandara, 62, of Temple, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, May 16, 2014, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple with Reverend Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.

Mr. Gandara died Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at his home in Temple.

He was born February 13, 1952 in Cuidad de Acuna, Mexico to Francisco Gandara Garcia and Petra Rodriguez. He lived in the Temple area for 40 years. He was a framing carpenter by profession.

Mr. Gandara was preceded in death by his father and his uncle, Epifania Gandara.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Gandara five sons, Francisco Javier Gandara, Juan Jose Gandara, Mario Alberto Gandara, Miguel Angel Gandara, and Edwardo Gandara a daughter, Cristina Gandara his mother, Petra Rodriguez two brothers, Rogelio Gandara and Uncle Juan Jose Gandara three sisters, Silvia Carrillo Gandara, Elicha Rios Gandara, and Maria Valesquez and thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation was held Thursday, May 15, from 6 8 p.m., with recitation of rosary at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
