Estella Mungia

Estella M. Mungia, 88, of Temple died Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at her residence.
She was born March 11, 1922 to Sisto and Madia Cavasos Martinez, Sr. in Gonzales. She was a homemaker. She had lived in this area all of her life and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple.
She is preceded in death by husband, Simon Mungia in 1980 and a grandson.
She is survived by sons, Marcello Mungia, Sr. and wife, Augustina and Johnny Mungia and wife, Rosa all of Temple daughter, Mary Bush and husband, John of Temple brother, Charlie Martinez of Dallas grandchildren: Estella Lee Juarez, Glenn Willis, Jr., Rebecca Flores, Marcello Mungia, Jr., Ashley Leann Willis and Marina Mungia and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 68 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home with rosary recitation at
7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 p.m., Friday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple with Rev. Ramiro Tarazona officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
