Erminia Garcia

Services for Erminia "Minnie" Garcia, 84, of Temple will be 9 a.m. Saturday, November 25 at Goodwill Baptist Church in Temple with Doctor Ramiro Pena officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Garcia passed away Tuesday, November 21 at her home.

Erminia Garcia was born June 21, 1933 in Milano, Texas to Jose and Juanita Padilla.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings.

Minnie is survived by her husband, Jesse Garcia; three sons, Albert Garcia, George Garcia and wife Lucia, and Adam Garcia and wife Yolanda; two daughters, Silvia Ramos and husband Jose, and Ruth Virgen and husband Armando; seventeen grandchildren, Israel Ramos, Rachel Robertson and husband Jason, Elizabeth Ramos, Martin Garcia and wife Margarita, Crystal Garcia, Christina Diaz and husband Lou, George Michael Garcia and wife Michelle, Veronica Arnold and husband Steven, Armando Virgen, III, Orlando virgin, Isaac Virgen, Sarah Mireles and husband Jose, Amanda Watkins and husband Jamie, Adam Garcia and wife Elizabeth, Benjamin Garcia and wife Ann, Abraham Garcia and Christopher Garcia; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. Friday, November 24, with Service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
