Emily Riojas

Emily Celestina Riojas, 12 of Temple died Monday, February 13 in a local hospital.

Funeral services for Emily will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 17 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel in Temple with Julio Sandoval officiating, interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Emily was born October 7, 1999 to Monica Riojas in Temple, she was a sixth grade student and attended the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Temple.

Emily is survived by her mother, Monica Riojas of Temple grandparents Albert and Felipa Riojas of Temple and great grandparents Alfonso and Celia Soto of Durango, Mexico. Also surviving are her aunts: Victoria Riojas and Rosie Riojas both of Greenville,Tx Perla Riojas of Temple: uncle, Albert Riojas Jr. of Dallas.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at HarperTalasek Funeral Home.

Memorial may be made to Childhood Cancer Research lymphoma and leaukemia.
