Earlene Barnes

Earlene Davis Barnes, 52 of Troy died at her residence Saturday, September 17, 2011.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Thursday, September 22 at the HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ernest Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
Mrs. Barnes was born June 5, 1959 to Vernon Franklin and Daphadeene McConnell Davis. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Troy. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in by her father, Luther Davison. She was married to William Lee Bill Barnes on September 10, 1991.
Survivors include: husband, Bill Barnes of Troy mother Daphadeene Davison of Troy son,Cody Mack Lingo of Austin daughter, Lindsey Nicole Barnes of Troy sisters: Verna Deen Chlapek of Troy, Debra Gail Medrano of Dallas, and Laura Kay Futch of Temple and two brothers: Verlan Gene Davis of Temple and Kelly Gene Davison of Temple.
Visitation will Wednesday, September 21 from 5 to 8 pm at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
