Dorothy Allison

Dorothy Allison, 68, of Temple passed away Wednesday, March 5 at a local hospital. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m., today at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 8 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Bro. Quincy Evans will officiate.

Mrs. Allison was born April 14, 1939 to Howard and Ruth Ella Richards in San Gabriel. She has lived in this area her entire life and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. She had previously worked as the directormanager of the museum in Cameron.

Mrs. Allison was preceded in death by parents and a son, Jonathan Allison. She is survived by 2 sons, Howard Allison of Lott and Raymond Allison of Cameron; 2 brothers, Bill Richards of Temple and James Richards of Mesquite; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
