Dorothea Knack passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 at a local hospital.

Dorothea Knack (Wilhelm) was born on March 19, 1943 to Adam Karl Wilhelm and Margarete Paula Menz in Weisbaden, Germany. Dorothea was the youngest of twelve siblings. She completed high school in Germany. While living in Germany she met and married Jerrold E. Knack in 1965. Jerrold Knack served in the Army. Together their family went to various duty stations until his retirement in 1985. Dorothea was a housewife and loving mother to her three children. Her hobbies where tending to the neighborhood animals, sewing and baking. She collected various coins and nurtured her plants.

She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of 23 years.

Survivors include son, Jerry E. Knack; two daughters, Marion Hargraves and Sunday Scott and her husband Tony; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
