Visitation will be 9-11 a.m., Friday with service following at 11:00 a.m., at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Reverend Keith Stevens will officiate.brMrs. Harvell was born January 20, 1941 to James Clinton and Cloe Rogers Carlock in Brinkley, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Marvin Harvell, Jr . and daughter, Betty Jean Harvell.brShe is survived by son, James Harvell of Temple; brothers, Wayne Carlock of Port Lavaca and Donald Carlock; sisters, Doyla Miller and Carolyn Taylor of Port Lavaca, Beulah May Burris of Oklahoma and Darlene Jimerson of Mobile, Alabama; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.brHarper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.br
