Don Pulte

Services for Don Edward Pulte, 57, of Temple, will be 3 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2013 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple with the Rev. Russell Jones officiating.

Mr. Pulte died Tuesday, October 8, at his residence in Temple.

He was born April 2, 1956 in Gainesville, Texas to Robert Joseph Pulte and Coralee Fuhrman Pulte. He received a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas Tech in 1978, followed by a Masters Degree in Information Systems from North Texas State University. He married Belinda Donald on September 15, 1984 in Arlington, Texas. He attended First Baptist Church and St. Lukes Catholic Church.

Mr. Pulte worked for General Dynamics in Ft. Worth for 12 years and then for McLanes for 22 years. At the time of his death, he was a Data Base Administrator for McLanes.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Joseph Pulte.

He is survived by his wife, Belinda his mother, Coralee of Gainesville a son, Robert Pulte of Temple a daughter, Amanda Pulte of Austin three brothers, Mike Pulte of Chicago, Illinois, Chris Pulte of Japan, and Steven Pulte of Ft. Worth a sister, Diane Pulte of Cooksville, Tennessee and his granddaughter, Zoey Gage.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Building Fund at First Baptist Church or the Christian Farms Rehab.

Visitation will be 57 p.m. Thursday, October 10 at the funeral home.
