Domingo Luna, Jr.

Services for Domingo Antui Luna, Jr., 42, of Temple, will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 27, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

Domingo Luna, Jr died on May 20, 2016 in Dallas.

Rookie was born on June 23, 1973, in Temple to Domingo Luna Sr. and Mary Munoz Luna. He graduated from Temple High School. He married his high school sweetheart Jennifer Bierschenk. Rookie was a proud father to his son Drew, who he enjoyed watching play hockey, soccer, and baseball. He coached for the Temple Youth Baseball Association. Mr. Luna was a hard worker and supported his family. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf, fishing at Arrowhead Point and playing baseball.

His memories will be honored by his mother, Mary Munoz; father, Domingo Luna Sr. and wife Susie; his beloved wife of 26 years, Jennifer; two sons, Drew Avery Luna and Marcus Kyle Yepez; three brothers, Jesse Luna (Deanena), Josh Wilkins, and A.J Csombok; five sisters, Gina Luna Jackson (Stacy, Sr.) , Brittany Medina (Andrew), and Christal Guerra (Amber Mack), Jennifer Csombok, and Patricia Kramer (Donnie); and many other family members and friends.

Mr. Luna was preceded in death by a son, Drake Ashton Luna.

Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday, May 26, at the funeral home.
