No services are scheduled for DeWayne Edward Henry, 70, of Temple.

Mr. Henry died on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at his residence.

Dewayne Edward Henry was born on October 9, 1947 to Addy Henry and Vera Brown Henry in Merced, California. He graduated from Merced High School. He worked for
Fleetwood in Waco, Mihatsch Cabinets in Temple, was self-employed as a professional cabinet maker, and retired from WilsonArt. DeWayne enjoyed fishing leisurely with his
family and friends. He was a member of a bass fishing group and fished in numerous tournaments. His hobbies included wood working, muscle cars, and motorcycles. DeWayne
was a patient man, making everyone he knew family. He was a big teddy bear who never judged a book by its cover.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother and two sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Judith A. Henry; numerous nieces and nephews; two great-nieces; a great-great nephew; and many, many friends.
