David Mullins

alignjustifyDavid Moon Mullins, 43 of Temple, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2008 at a local hospital. Visitation will be 6:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 10:00am Wednesday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Boyd LeCheminant officiating.

alignjustifyDavid Moon Mullins was born August 22, 1965 to Jerry and Elizabeth JoAnn Bursey Mullins in Temple. In 1983, he graduated from Temple High School. Mr. Mullins worked as an accountant for Mullins Business and Tax Service. He was a lifelong resident of Temple. He was a member of The Elks Lodge, and also a member of the Temple Mens Bowling Association.

alignjustifySurvivors include sons Alex and Kory Mullins of Temple, daughter A.J. Mullins of Temple, parents, Jerry and JoAnn Mullins of Temple, sisters; Jeri Shaw and husband Billy of Temple, and Tammy Mullins of Academy, grandparents Louie and Mary Sindt of Temple, aunts and uncles; Mary Lou Quinn and husband Jerry of Moody, Steve Sindt and wife Beverly of Temple, and John Sindt of Dallas, nephews; Kuade and Kuentyn Shaw and Zachary and Kody Shaver, and niece Kelleigh Lange.

alignjustifyPallbearers will be: Tommy Quinn, Billy Shaw, Bill Crawford, Willie Capps, Barney Raper, Zach Shaver, Kody Shaver, and Cris Basinger.

alignjustifyBRIn lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund for Alex, Kory, and A.J. Mullins at the First State Bank of Central Texas.
