Dan Mcclure

Dan McClure, 85, of Temple, passed away November 30, 2012 at a local nursing facility. Services will be 2 pm today at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
Dan was born on March 5, 1927 to A. J and Hallie Belle Rector McClure. On August 4, 1951 he married the love of his life Dorothy Croft. Dan proudly served his country in the US Air force. He then worked for Soil Conservation Services for 30 years. He was a member of Bethel Church and ARSCS.
Dan is preceded in death by his sisters Bonnie Watkins and Evelyn Gilbreath and his brother A.J. McClure, Jr.
Dan is survived by his wife, Dorothy McClure, daughter Dianne McClure and son Rick McClure, 3 grandchildren, and 2 sisters Faye Miller and Lois Kiker. HarperTalasek Funeral Home Temple is in charge of arrangements.
