Daisey Kay

Daisey Eugenia (Pringle) Kay, age 97 of Temple, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at a local nursing facility. Graveside services will be held at 9 am Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

Daisey was born on September 19, 1923 to Eugene and Mamie (Laxson) Pringle in Corsicana, Texas. She graduated from Kosse High School in Kosse, Texas.

Daisey is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mamie Pringle; husband, Henry Kay; and brother, Leldon Pringle.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her son, Glen Kay and wife, Juanita of Edmond, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Destiny Northington of Phoenix, Arizona; and grandson, Jacob Kay of Edmond, Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Daisey’s name to the Alzheimer's Association at Alz.org

A time of visitation will be held from 2-4 pm Friday, February 12, 2021 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
