Constancio Vasquez, Jr.

Services for Constancio Martin Vasquez Jr, 44, of Academy, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial will begin at 3:00 pm at Georgetown Memorial Cemetery in Georgetown.

Constancio M. Vasquez Jr. died on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at his residence.

Constancio Martin Vasquez Jr. was born on February 11, 1972 to Constancio E. Vasquez and Lydia O. Alaniz in Rosebud, Texas. Constancio graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a Bachelor Degree in Business. He married his high school friend Cyndy Chichester. Constancio was a proud father, a lifelong friend. Mr. Vasquez was the Facilitator Director at the Juvenile Detention Center in Killeen for twelve years and continued on to be self-employed as an insurance agent. He was a fan of the Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents; his wife; two sons, Tristan Vasquez and Robert Wesley Turner; four daughters, Avery Vasquez, Trinity Vasquez, Emily Turner, and Kaitlyn Turner; and a sister, Nora O'Neill.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Melissa Vasquez.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Recitation of Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
