Chester Cowan

Graveside Services for Chester E. Cowan 95, of Temple will be 10:00 am Wednesday, May 27TH at Moffat Cemetery with Chaplain Ernest Benson officiating.

Mr. Cowan passed away Saturday, May 23rd at a local hospice care facility.
Chester Edward Cowan was born in Killeen, TX to Thomas Jefferson Cowan and Mary Matthews Cowan. Mr. Cowan proudly served our Country in the United States Army during WWII. He was a rancher, a member of the NRA, and retired from the Civil Service as a small arms inspector. Chester enjoyed fishing, gardening, Mexican food and popcorn.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Andrea Cordray and Chester Fitz; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and friend, Evelyn Brockman.
He is preceded in death by parents, one daughter, and three brothers.
