Charlotte Paruzinski

Charlotte A. Paruzinski, 69 of Belton, passed from this life Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with Father Sang Quan officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Cyclone, Texas following the Mass.

Charlotte was born on November 19, 1955, to Charles H. and Claire (Sonderegger) Bobo in Munich, Germany. She married the love of her life John J. Paruzinski Jr. on December 23, 1975, on Ft. Hood and was blessed with two children, John and Elizabeth. Charlotte and John were happily married for 49 years.

She loved baking and cooking for family and friends. Her favorite hobby was crafting and making cards with her friends Sherry Lovern and Debbie Cassidy. She worked at Belton ISD in the special education department from 1994 until she retired. She was a loving, caring, and a strong-willed woman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Claire Bobo; and sister, Christine Brock.

Those left to honor and cherish her memories are her husband John J. Paruzinski Jr.; son, John H. Paruzinski and wife, Rhonda Gatewood-Paruzinski; daughter, Elizabeth A. Paruzinski; grandchildren, Chasity and Harrison Paruzinski; sister, Carolyn Rhew; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held from 4-7 pm with a rosary recited at 6 pm Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
