Carolina Rodriguez

Carolina Rodriguez, of Temple, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at home. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Carolina was born on January 22, 1933, to Arcadio and Josephina Narvaez in Corpus Christi, Texas. She married Francisco Rodriguez. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, and spending time with her friends and family. Carolina was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Carolina is preceded in death by her parents, Arcadio and Josephina Narvaez; husband, Francisco Rodriguez; brother, Juventino Narvaez; and sister, Josephina Rodriguez.

She is survived by her brothers, Humberto Narvaez, and Tony Tobias; sister, Esperanza Mojica; daughters, Mary Arguelles, and Rosario Garcia; grandchildren, Angelica Arguelles, Francisco Garcia, Nadya Salas, and Kenny Kelly; great grandchildren, Andrea Arguelles, Aracely Arguelles, Mari Spurlock, Savanna Spurlock, Bryanna Salas, Elijah Salas, and Daniel De la Fuente; and great great grandchild, Brielle Gonzales.

A time of visitation will be held from 6-8 pm with a Holy Rosary recited at 7 pm Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
