Mr. Partin passed away on September 4, 2016 at a local hospital.
Burton Rufus Partin was born in Lufkin, Texas on September 11, 1960 to Simon Augustus Partin and Jackie Wanda Lester. He was a man with a kind heart that loved God. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Hilda Marie Gonzalas.
Survivors include his brother, Jesse Lester Partin and a sister, Connie Partin.
Services are in the care of Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
