Bobby Johnson

Temple Graveside services for Bobby Lee Johnson, 76, will be 11AM Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Roberts Cemetery in Troy with Rev. Rodney B. Kruse officiating.
Mr. Johnson passed Saturday in a local care center after a long illness.
Mr. Johnson was born in Bell County to E.W. and Tina Isaacks Johnson on March 23, 1936. Bobby proudly served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1965. He worked for Griggs Mfg Co. in Belton after his service in the Army. Mr. Johnson then began work Ralph Wilson Plastics, first in the corestock department and later he helped to start the mail room and worked there until his retirement in the late 1980s.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles William Johnson, Samuel Leonard Johnson, and Jimmy Donald Johnson.
He is survived by one brother, David R. Johnson of Temple two sisters, Peggy Dooley of Hamilton, Joyce Holford of Crawford.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
