Billie Wilhite-Smith

Mrs. Billie L. WilhiteSmith, 81, of Temple passed away at a local hospital April 8, 2012. A visitation will be Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 10am 12pm at Harper Talasek Funeral Home, Temple, Texas. A graveside service will follow at 2pm in Bellwood Memorial Park, Temple, Texas.
Billie was born in Lamesa, Texas on April 18, 1930 to J.T. Davis Sr. and Josh Rutherford Davis. She married her husband Billy G. Smith on October 15, 1995 in Las Vegas, NV. Billie was a Scott and White Auxiliary Volunteer for many years and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Billie is preceded in death by Alton Wilhite, her first husband of 38 years, her parents and one brother J. T. Davis Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Billy G. Smith daughter: Rebecca Bain and husband Bruce of Missouri City, Texas son: Tol Wilhite and wife Julie of Austin, Texas stepsons: Don Smith and wife Glenda of San Ramon, CA Glen Smith and wife Cindie of Madera, CA grandchildren: Brittney Bain and Brianna Bain stepgrandchildren Holly Smith and Stephanie Smith stepgreatgranddaughters Cameron and Colby, and many dear friends.
