Bessie May Baker-Beaver was born May 8, 1934 and passed into her eternal home on August 14, 2009. From an early age, Bessie was raised at the Methodist Children's Home in Waco. She graduated from Baylor University, married Harold Beaver, had two children and enjoyed a career in teaching. Bessie loved the Lord, her family and all those dear to her. She enjoyed reading, bible study and singing in her church choir. Bessie's love for the Lord and the reading of His Word sustained her in every seadon of life.brShe is preceded in death by her parents: O.B. Baker and Ethel Susa Riddle-Baker; brother: Dean Baker and husband: Harold Beaver.brShe is survived by: three sisters: Mary Jo Whitacre, Ina Fletcher and Coleta Underwood; brother: W.T. Baker; son: Galen Beaver.
