Annie Williams

Ms. Annie Lee ScottWilliams, 91, passed away peacefully on the morning of February 21, 2014. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, in Bartlett Cemetery, with the Reverend Michael Morgan officiating.

Annie was born in Bartlett, Texas, September 20, 1922, to Mr. Arthur Scott, Sr. and Mrs. Laura Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents husband two sisters, Doraetta Scott and Dorothy Scott brother, Arthur Scott, Jr. two sons, Reverend Roy L. Woolridge and Mr. James Curtis Williams, Jr.

Annie accepted Christ as her Savior at Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church in Bartlett, Texas. Her interests included sewing, cooking, helping others, and spending time with family and friends.

Annie leaves in Gods hands to celebrate her memories her son, Ray Williams and wife Lark of San Antonio, Texas nine grandchildren, nineteen greatgrandchildren ten greatgreatgrandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family wishes to express a special thanks to the staff of WillOBell Nursing Facility in Bartlett, Texas.

Visitation will be 47 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2014, at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple, Texas.
