Aline Palmer

July 17, 1917 — June 3, 2011

Aline Coker Palmer ,91, passed away June 03, 2011 in a local nursing home in Temple.
She was born to the late John and Minnie Luttrell in Hot Wells, Lousiana and moved to Newton, Tx at a early age in 1920.
In 1932 she married Elmer Coker in Newton, Texas and raised a family of four. Lloyd Coker, Donald Coker, Mel Coker and Mae Duncan.

After the tragic accidental death of Elmer, she raised her family until she answered the need to the Palmer family in Illinois in 1958. Aline, who has left a legacy of love and compassion helped Dorthy Palmer raise a family of two, C.Scott Palmer and Michael Palmer. in 1990, Dorth Palmer passed away with diabetes leaving Aline as her best friend and business associate. In 1992, Aline married Clint Palmer in accord with Dorothys and Palmer family wishes. They lived in Prescott, Arizona until age dedicated moving to the home of Lloyd Coker in 2004. This gave Aline a long desired wish to see teh sucess of her first family accomplished. As tme passed, Aline suffered a stroke in 2009. The family is happy to report that her memory is a treasured inheritance.
Her Accomplishments:
Two Families who placed well as member of their communities.
A total of 50 youngsters Aline was their Nanny
Twenty or more years as a helper to the US Navy League
A ten year service as US Veterans Hospital volunteer.
An active aid to Dorothys California companies Nimac, Ioderm and loving wife to Clint for 19 years.

Mrs. Palmer will be cremated and a private graveside will be held at a later date in a family plot in Newport Beach , California, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
